The sheep show started early Monday morning, Sept. 29 in the junior fair arena at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds.
Kylie Kiser is a Cloverbud and a member of
Active Achievers 4-H Club. She raised two crossbred ewe lambs from her grandma
and grandpa's farm. This is her first year for the open class show.
Kiser started in May raising two ewe lambs out of the flock. She penned them
off and feeds them every morning and night, walks them, and loves
them. After the fair they will go back to the farm and hopefully have babies
for next year.

Club.
"This is my second year showing a lamb," she said. "Last year I got second place
in market. I show crossbred, and this is
my first year showing hogs. I got first place in my showmanship for that."
Through 4-H the members learn how to care for,
feed and train their sheep. They get to exhibit their sheep at the local fair
and can market their lamb to buyers.
