Witch, Please fall festival in Coshocton features kayaking, broomstick bouquets, tarot readings
Witch, Please is a fall event featuring kayaking, broomstick bouquet-making, tarot readings and more.
On Saturday, Sept. 20 at 8:30 a.m., meet by the canal boat in Lake Park to get ready. The morning will kick off at 9 a.m. with a kayak ride down the canal, where participants are encouraged to dress in their best witch attire. Kayaks are provided, or guests can bring their own for a discounted rate.
At 10 a.m. everyone will craft their own broomstick bouquets — a twist on the traditional witch’s broom. Lunch will follow at 11 a.m., with “sanWITCHes,” tarot readings and themed drinks.
Prices are $75 or $60 if providing your own kayak. Purchase tickets at jhmuseum.simpletix.com.
Special thanks to Tammi Rogers of Lake Park, Rachel Hall of Hillbippie Clay, Renee Whinnery of Golden Sky Farms and the Friends of the Museum for collaborating to make this event possible.
