Vendors to fill Lake Park Pavilion for Nov. 28 holiday bazaar
More than 40 makers will feature handmade crafts, décor, baked goods and gifts at longtime seasonal event
More than 40 vendors will fill Lake Park Pavilion Friday, Nov. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the annual holiday bazaar.
“This show is a little different than others because it’s only handmade crafts, and the venue itself is amazing,” said Linda Bridges, bazaar coordinator. “The pavilion is so pretty.”
In addition to organizing the event, Bridges also is a vendor.
“I sell wooden Christmas décor like snowmen and do some floral,” she said. “We will have some amazing vendors there at the bazaar. Jay Lenhart has an Etsy shop and does wonderful with his crafts. Roma Vance will be there too, and people know her from when she had her shop.”
Shoppers will find jewelry, Christmas décor, floral arrangements, candles, baked goods and more. There will be a food stand with a light menu, a 50/50 drawing with proceeds going to Friends of the Parks and door prizes from each vendor.
“The bazaar is a tradition, and I’d be curious to see how far it goes back,” Bridges said. “I’m really happy to be able to keep it going.”
