Kids of the Kingdom Dance/Tumbling expands with new Coshocton location
Owner Bella Miller adds classes and upgraded equipment to support growing gymnastics program while keeping West Lafayette site open
Kids of the Kingdom Dance/Tumbling is expanding. Starting in December, owner and instructor Bella Miller will offer classes at her grandparents' building in West Lafayette and a new spot in Coshocton at 15 Walnut St.
“I will continue offering classes in West Lafayette at 23341 state Route 751 one day a week,” Miller said. “This location will remain home to all my dance classes and a few gymnastics/tumbling classes. At our Coshocton location, I’ll be offering classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, and I’ll be in West Lafayette on Wednesdays.”
Miller decided to expand to help her gymnasts.
“My competition gymnasts — and even some of my noncompetition gymnasts — really need access to full competition equipment,” she said. “Several of them are literally touching the ceilings and nearly going through the walls. We’ve made the most of my grandparents’ building with our smaller training equipment and have even built a successful competition team there. I’m honestly amazed at how well my competition girls adjust from our smaller practice equipment to the larger competition setups, and they continue to perform fantastically at meets.”
Miller appreciates her gymnasts working with her and looks forward to offering them more.
“I’m beyond excited to now provide them with a training environment that truly matches their level and potential,” she said. “My grandparents’ building will still be the perfect place for preschoolers, beginners and bronze-level gymnasts, as well as all dance classes.”
Kids of the Kingdom Dance/Tumbling is accepting new students and has added more classes. To register, call Miller at 740-202-1730.
An open house will be held Friday, Nov. 21 at the Coshocton location after the Christmas parade. Bring your friends and family to come play on the new equipment and get some treats.
