Coshocton swimmers notch strong finishes in meet against New Philadelphia

Dec. 3 was Coshocton High School's second swim meet of the season held at the Tuscarawas County YMCA. Teams included Coshocton High School and New Philadelphia High School.

The girls (Abi Little, Lina Teichmann, Ava Hall and Cami Loomis) and boys (Peyton Underwood, Michael Danielek, Ean Casey and Landon Lance) 200-yard medley relay placed second.

Emme Jackson placed third and Shiann Stubbs placed fourth in the 200-yard freestyle.

In the 50-yard freestyle for girls, Jacie Aronhalt placed second, Mia Lauvray placed third, Terra Wilcox placed fourth, Ava Hall placed fifth, Cami Loomis placed sixth, Alianna Tittle placed seventh, Harmony Fisher placed eighth, Madelyn Laymen placed ninth, Lina Teichmann placed 10th, Adair Hayhurst placed 11th, Emma Pittman placed 12th, Kaelyn McClister placed 13th and Lily Thorson placed 14th.

In the 50-yard freestyle for boys, Peyton Underwood placed second and Landon Lance placed fifth.

In the 100-yard freestyle for girls, Jacie Aronhalt placed second, Alianna Tittle placed third, Shiann Stubbs placed fourth, Adair Hayhurst placed fifth, Madelyn Laymen placed sixth and Emma Pittman placed seventh.

In the 100-yard freestyle for boys, Michael Danielek placed second.

Terra Wilcox placed third in the 400-yard freestyle and Ean Casey placed first.

The 200-yard freestyle relay for girls placed first, which consisted of Shiann Stubbs, Alianna Tittle, Abi Little and Cami Loomis. Madelyn Laymen, Adair Hayhurst, Harmony Fisher and Terra Wilcox finished second. The boys relay placed second, which consisted of Peyton Underwood, Landon Lance, Ean Casey and Michael Danielek.

Mia Lauvray placed second and Abi Little placed third in the girls 100-yard backstroke.

Peyton Underwood placed second and Ean Casey placed third in the boys 100-yard backstroke.

Emme Jackson placed first and Lina Teichmann placed second in the girls 100-yard breaststroke, and Michael Danielek placed second.

The girls (A) 400-meter freestyle relay placed second. The girls (B) relay placed third, which consisted of Shiann Stubbs, Abi Little, Alianna Tittle and Cami Loomis.
