Coshocton Art Guild plans children’s collage workshop
Hands-on art class led by retired teacher Jodi Gwin set for Feb. 7, with focus on famous artists and creative expression
A collage workshop will be presented by Jodi Gwin, a retired teacher, past Girl Scout leader and member of the Coshocton Art Guild.
Gwin will guide children in a two-hour workshop. She will introduce them to Picasso, Kruger, Hockey and Matisse.
The cost is $20 for students third grade through eighth grade. The workshop will be Saturday, Feb. 7 from 1-3 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 1500 Pleasant Valley Drive, Coshocton. If inclement weather shows up, the workshop will be Saturday, Feb. 28.
To sign up, email officers@coshoctonartguild.org; stop by the Tollhouse in Roscoe Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; mail a check to Tollhouse, 408 N. Whitewoman St., Coshocton, OH 43812; or pay by Venmo @coshoctonartguild-408. Put children’s workshop in the note section.
Only 20 children will be signed up for this workshop.
