Carrollton High School Class of 1956 marks 69th reunion

Group recalls final year in old building and looks ahead to 70th anniversary celebration

Carrollton High School’s Class of 1956 celebrated its 69th anniversary Sept. 6 at Deli-on-the-Square in Carrollton.

The class was the last to graduate from the old high school building on Third Street NE and the first group of seniors transferred by bus from Dellroy to attend their senior year. Plans are underway for the 70th reunion next year.
