West Holmes announces kindergarten registration, screening dates

West Holmes Local Schools has announced kindergarten registration and screening information for the 2026-27 school year.

Kindergarten screening will take place Feb. 2-28. Parents with children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 20, 2026, are asked to register their child.

To begin the process, parents must call 330-378-2111 to register their child. During the call parents will be asked basic information about their child and will be assigned a screening time.

After registering by phone, parents will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the district website at www.westholmes.org and access the Final Forms link. Parents must complete all required registration forms online and upload the following documents: the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, proof of custody if applicable and a photo ID.

Parents are asked to complete the Final Forms process by Thursday, April 30.

Kindergarten screening will be held June 1-3 at West Holmes High School.
