Twelve West Holmes athletes earn All-OCC honors in soccer and volleyball

Junior Charli Murphy named Offensive Player of the Year as Knights rack up all-conference awards across three sports.

West Holmes' Charli Murphy leads the area in scoring as of Sept. 7.

The Ohio Cardinal Conference released its all-conference boys and girls soccer teams and volleyball teams. West Holmes had several players earn honors.

Girls soccer

Lady Knights junior Charli Murphy was named Offensive Player of the Year. Bri Poventud earned first-team honors. Codi Murphy was a second-team choice. Breslyn Brown and Katherine Kaster earned honorable mention accolades.

Boys soccer

Garrett Obrst was a first-team choice. Oliver Hiller was a second-team pick. Jimmy Wengerd and Miles Mallasch earned honorable mention accolades.

Volleyball

Mallory Marmet was a second-team choice. Rorie Wilcox and Camrie Wilson earned honorable mention accolades.
