Hiland boys basketball rolls past Triway as Hawks sweep week on the court

The Hiland boys basketball team rolled to a 63-19 victory over Triway in nonconference action Jan. 13.

Ryan Zerger (19 points), Caleb Yoder (13), Alex Miller (12) and Caleb Mishler (nine) paced the Hawks.

Hiland defeated Dover 36-30 in nonleague play Jan. 10.

Zerger (nine points) and Miller (eight) led the Hawks.

Girls basketball

Hiland picked up a 56-15 win over Garaway in an Inter-Valley Conference clash Jan. 12.

Macy Mullet (17 points, four assists, four rebounds, three steals), Perryn Mishler (14 points, three steals), Victoria Weaver (12 points, five rebounds, four steals) and Reagan Zerger (six rebounds, three steals, two blocks) paced the Hawks.

Hiland rolled to a 59-17 win over Indian Valley in IVC action Jan. 10.

Mishler (17 points, four rebounds, three assists, three steals), Mullet (13 points, five assists, four rebounds), Zerger (13 points, eight rebounds, three blocks) and Weaver (eight rebounds, four steals) led the Hawks.
