When the ServSafe Dining Commitment logo is on a restaurant website, menu or door, the restaurant has publicly declared its dedication, not only to training staff in safe food handling, but also in establishing new guidelines for safe dining.
Dutchman Hospitality Group restaurants are all part of the ServSafe National Restaurant Dining Commitment.
“Our restaurants have made a commitment to be part of the ServSafe National Restaurant Dining Commitment," said Mike Miller, operations manager for Dutchman Hospitality restaurants. "This involves extensive training for approximately 700 team members in all departments, on all shifts. We have gone above and beyond the minimums established by state and local agencies, but we are glad to do it in order to assure our guests of an enjoyable and safe dining experience.”
Dutchman Hospitality owns and operates Der Dutchman Restaurants in Walnut Creek, Bellville, and Plain City; Berlin Farmstead Restaurant in Berlin; Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugarcreek; and Der Dutchman Restaurant in Sarasota, Florida.
