Lake Chamber to host October forums for council, trustee and school board candidates
Public invited to three sessions in Hartville; events also live-streamed by Lake students
The Lake Township Chamber of Commerce will host three free public candidate forums in October for Hartville Village Council, Lake Township trustee and Lake Local school board races.

The Lake Township Chamber of Commerce will host three local candidate forums in October, offering residents the chance to hear directly from those seeking office in Hartville and Lake Township.
The forums will feature candidates for Hartville Village Council, Lake Township trustee and Lake Local school board. Chamber President Chip Weisel will serve as moderator, with questions prepared in advance and equal response time for all participants.
“These candidate forums are an important opportunity for residents to become informed about the issues and the people who want to represent them,” Weisel said. “The Chamber is committed to fostering civic engagement and ensuring our community has access to open, respectful dialogue.”

Tuesday, Oct. 1, 8 a.m. — Hartville Village Council forum, Comfort Suites, 953 Edison St. NW, Hartville

Tuesday, Oct. 7, 6:30 p.m. — Lake Township trustee forum, Hartville Kitchen, 1015 Edison St. NW, Hartville

Wednesday, Oct. 15, 6:30 p.m. — Lake Local school board forum, Comfort Suites, 953 Edison St. NW, Hartville
All events are free and open to the public. Forums will also be live-streamed and recorded by Lake Middle/High School Career Tech students.
The Lake Township Chamber represents businesses and organizations in Hartville, Uniontown and Greentown, supporting economic development, civic engagement and community growth.
