At a public hearing on Dec. 1, the Village of Hartville Planning Commission voted to recommend that Village Council approve a request for a replat of Phase III of the Danbury Glen subdivision. Patrick Long, the owner, presented a history of the subdivision.

Three people addressed the commission with questions.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will be asked to consider variances for the width of some lots and some issues with a road.

Zoning Inspector Ray Bednarczyk, Village Engineer Samer Awadallah and the Hartville Volunteer Fire Department had no issues.

Planning Commission member Mark Thomas was absent because he lives in Danbury Glen.

Village Council was expected to review the recommendation at its meeting on Dec. 8.
