Hartville Planning Commission recommends approval of replat

At a public hearing Sept. 2, the Village of Hartville Planning Commission voted to recommend that Village Council approve a request for a replat of a 6.92-acre property in the 300 block of Crestmont Avenue, owned by Hartville Homes Foundation. James Miller, representing GentleBrook, spoke on behalf of the request.

Councilman James Sullivan, chairman of the Planning Commission, was absent.

Village Council was expected to review the recommendation at its next meeting Sept. 8.
