The Mental Health and Recovery Board serving Belmont, Harrison and Monroe counties has released its fiscal year 2025 annual board report. Copies are available at the board office, 104 Newell Ave., St. Clairsville, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. To request a copy, call 740-695-9998 or email judih@bhmboard.org.
