“Picture was taken in the late 70’s. Jim Clark, the instructor for Fire Service Education for the State of Ohio, explaining the startup and use of a portable pump. The picture was taken at the old fire house in Freeport. The new firehouse was designed by the Industrial Arts classes at Lakeland High School. Those pictured were members of the fire department at the time.”
