Both the Harrison Central boys and girls finished 11th place overall following the district track meet held at West Holmes.
“District competition was Tuesday/Friday last week,” said Harrison Central Boys Varsity Track Coach Luke Turner. “Only the top four make it on to regionals. Trenten Allison placed second in pole vault, Hunter Boals placed third in shot put, and Beau Rinkes placed fourth in 110 hurdles. For the varsity girls, Katherine Shearer placed third in the discus throw.”
“In addition, Trenten and Beau will compete on Thursday at Regionals in Muskingum. Hunter and Katherine will throw Saturday.”
“We are proud of these fine individuals for well representing Harrison Central with their hard work and determination,” Turner added.
