Though the wind would be the strongest element in the Harrison Central track meet on Thursday evening, the athletes gave their best in a meet that featured four teams. The meet was between both boys and girls from Harrison Central, East Liverpool, Buckeye Local, and Union Local. The boy’s action would include only three teams. In addition to the teams, several fans weathered the cold to support the athletes during the 3-way matchup.
