Deersville Players bring ‘Steel Magnolias’ to the stage Oct. 23-26

Beloved Southern drama will feature a local cast under the direction of Cheryl Besozzi and Holly Brindley

The Deersville Community Players are preparing for their fall production of “Steel Magnolias” by Robert Harling. The show will be performed Oct. 23, 24 and 25 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. Tickets go on sale Oct. 1.

The cast features Christine Sentz, Laura Peters, Grace Stezik, Carrie Rogers, Penelope Clark, Jayda Rogers and Aaron Holmes. Crew members are Chris Jacobs, Carol Porter and Marlene Bowers. Cheryl Besozzi and Holly Brindley are directing the production.
