The Wayne County Board of Elections will hold a public certification for the May 5 Primary/Special Election at 1 p.m. April 10 at its offices in the Vanover Building, 200 Vanover St., Suite 1, Wooster.

The equipment used to vote and tabulate results will be tested at that time, and the testing procedure is open to the public.
