Orrville Community Chorus sets rehearsals for 80th ‘Messiah’ on Dec. 7

The Orrville Community Chorus announced the rehearsal schedule for the chorus' 80th annual performance of "Messiah" by G.F. Handel to be presented Sunday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. at Central Christian School in Kidron.

Rehearsals will begin Sunday, Nov. 2. Subsequent Sunday rehearsals will be held Nov. 9, 16, 23 and 30. Rehearsals will take place from 1:50-3:30 p.m. at Central Christian School. The dress rehearsal will be Saturday, Dec. 6 from 8:45-11:30 a.m.

Anyone high school through adult is welcome to sing with the chorus. There are no auditions, but it is requested new members have previous experience singing choral music.
