OneEighty announced the appointment of Fredy Robles, MA, as its new chief executive officer.

I am excited to partner with staff and the broader community to strengthen our impact, advance innovative and effective services and ensure that care is accessible to those who need it most."

Robles is a mission-driven nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, recovery and human services. He brings a strong track record of strategic leadership, program development and community engagement to the organization.
Prior to joining OneEighty, Robles spent 18 years with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, where he served in several executive leadership roles. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in advancing initiatives that strengthened services and expanded support for individuals and families in need.
Robles earned his Master of Arts in clinical pastoral counseling from Ashland University. He also holds multiple professional certifications in nonprofit management and previously maintained licensure as a professional clinical counselor and an independent chemical dependency counselor.
