Guitarist Neil Jacobs to perform in Wooster

The Wayne County Historical Society will host guitarist Neil Jacobs at 2 p.m. April 19 in the Schoolhouse on the WCHS grounds, 546 E. Bowman St., Wooster, as part of its 2026 Voices from the Past Series, now in its 33rd season.

Jacobs is an acoustic guitarist known for his style and repertoire, performing music that includes Gypsy, Celtic, Balkan folk, jazz and classical arrangements. Drawing inspiration from his world travels and experiences, he also shares stories with audiences during his performances.

Tickets are $15 and are available at the Wayne County Historical Society from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and at Murr Printing from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
