Medina band show to feature seven high school bands
Medina High School hosts annual noncompetitive event Sept. 13, showcasing marching bands from across the region.
The Medina High School Musical Bees will host the Medina Band Show on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. at Ken Dukes Stadium.
The noncompetitive show will feature seven high school bands, including Brooklyn, Firelands, Highland, Medina, Northmor, Shelby and Wadsworth.
“This is a great night of music and an opportunity to support these amazing musicians that have been hard at work since the end of July or beginning of August,” show organizer Mike McClintock said.
Ken Dukes Stadium, 777 E. Union St., offers free spectator parking, with additional parking behind the stadium in the D lot via the Route 3 entrance. Gates open at 6 p.m.
Show T-shirts, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and concessions will be available. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or online at tinyurl.com/MedinaBandShow.
