West Holmes players earn Ohio Cardinal Conference honors
Baseball and softball athletes recognized on all-conference teams
West Holmes had several players earn Ohio Cardinal Conference all-conference honors for the 2026 baseball and softball seasons.
In baseball, West Holmes senior Brock Gallion was named first team. Senior Cooper Booth was named second team, while seniors Colston Tenney and Nate Sprang earned honorable mention.
Wooster sophomore Maddox Graser and New Philadelphia senior Owen Courtney were named Players of the Year. Wooster senior Brian Lapp was named Pitcher of the Year, and New Philadelphia’s Tyler Weisel was named Coach of the Year.
In softball, West Holmes senior Zalina Proper was named first team. Senior Briar Cline was named second team, while junior Emma Miller and sophomore Gabby Fowler earned honorable mention.
Wooster freshman Kayla Reid was named Player of the Year. Dover senior Kara Lint was named Pitcher of the Year, and Dover’s Hannah Duff was named Coach of the Year.
