New Philadelphia downed West Holmes 62-47 in Ohio Cardinal Conference boys basketball action Dec. 16.

West Holmes picked up a 50-46 win over Madison in OCC play Dec. 12.
Cooper Maltarich (18), Sprang (13) and Keston McKinney (seven) led the Knights.
Girls basketball
West Holmes picked up a 50-43 win over Wooster in an OCC clash Dec. 10.
Zalina Proper (10 points, four assists, five steals), Briar Cline (nine points, nine rebounds), Mati Fair (eight points, eight rebounds, five steals) and Cara McMillen (six points, four rebounds) led the Lady Knights.
Junior varsity boys basketball
New Philadelphia defeated West Holmes 53-42 on Dec. 16.
Jaden Baker (10 points), Eb Al-Sultan (nine) and Cole Troyer (seven) led the Knights.
