TCC students succeed in and out of classroom
Succeeding in and out of the classroom, the 2021 class of 22 students from Tuscarawas Central Catholic earned $1,100,000 in scholarships/grants and has five students going on to play collegiate athletics.

Succeeding in and out of the classroom, the 2021 class of 22 students from Tuscarawas Central Catholic earned $1,100,000 in scholarships/grants and has five students going on to play collegiate athletics. Many of the scholarships received are renewable over four years.

Andrew Angelini and Kara Harrison were class valedictorians, and Bailey McGinnis was salutatorian.

The collegiate bound athletes are Sophia Knight, softball at University of Toledo; Sydney Selinsky, swimming at Ohio Northern University; Sage DeBois Winnie, basketball at Carlow University; Toby Grossi, football at The College of Wooster; and McGinnis, bowling at Walsh University.

At TCC’s Academic Awards in May, Senior All A’s Awards were presented to Ryan Dick, Kara Harrison, McGinnis and Peyton Olson.

Senior Highest Averages by subject were presented to Harrison for religion, science, English and world languages; Angelini in mathematics; and McGinnis for social studies.
