Remembering LEOs who died in the line of duty
Letter to the Editor,
May 6 begins the observance of National Law Enforcement Memorial Week. During that week, we honor the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty. We honor these brave souls for their ultimate sacrifice for their communities.
Please take a moment to recognize these proud individuals who work and live among us. Their selfless commitment allows us to live our lives in freedom. If you come across one of these officers, whether it be on or off duty, please thank them for their work. Make sure they know “you have their back.”
