Pomerene Hospital adds new family care and internal medicine providers
Jodi Swihart, FNP, is now seeing patients in Millersburg; physician assistant Brayden Chaney will join the internal medicine team in early 2026.
Pomerene Hospital announced two additions to its care teams in Millersburg: Jodi Swihart, MSN, APRN, FNP, now seeing patients in family care, and Brayden Chaney, PA-C, who will join the internal medicine team and begin seeing patients in early 2026.
Swihart brings 14 years of experience as a certified nurse practitioner serving patients in Wayne County and surrounding communities. She earned her BSN from Malone and her MSN from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. She is now welcoming new and existing patients in Pomerene Family Care in Millersburg. The clinic can be called at 330-674-3333.
Chaney is a lifelong Holmes County resident and a West Holmes High School graduate. He completed the physician assistant program at Ashland University in 2025. Chaney will care for patients primarily at Pomerene’s Millersburg internal medicine offices beginning in early 2026. The office can be called at 330-893-1318.
