Kustom Kemps car, motorcycle show coming to Dover
Kustom Kemps of Ohio will host a public car and motorcycle show Friday, Aug. 1 from 4-9 p.m. at 210 W. Third St. in Dover. The event will feature live music, raffles and vehicle judging in multiple categories.
Participants may enter the show area from either Tuscarawas Avenue or Wooster Avenue. Registration will be held from 4-6 p.m. with a $10 fee. The first 100 registrants will receive dash plaques. Judging will begin at 5 p.m., and entrants are encouraged to have their trunks and hoods open to receive maximum points.
Music for the evening will be provided by Spikeman. Additional attractions include a 50/50 raffle and a variety of door prizes. Awards will be presented to the top 30 vehicles and top five motorcycles. Special honors include Best of Show Overall, Best of Show Motorcycle, and top marks in specific categories such as best Mopar, GM, Ford and truck. Dover administration and city council also will select their favorite entries.
Organizers said no preregistration is accepted and advise participants not to send money to any third parties claiming otherwise. Call Corey Rehard at 740-623-1201.
