It Is Balance opens new fitness studio focused on strength, mindset and community in Millersburg
Founder Bri Newsome says the space aims to help members build lasting mental and physical strength through discipline, mobility work and supportive coaching.
It Is Balance is a fitness spot built on discipline, mindset and community.
The studio’s mission is to help individuals build strength — mentally, physically and spiritually. Strength training, mobility work and mindset-driven sessions push participants to challenge themselves.
The team at It Is Balance brings a mix of experience, dedication and real-world knowledge. Each instructor or coach focuses on helping members stay consistent, build habits, and push through mental and physical barriers.
“This isn’t about shortcuts,” founder Bri Newsome said. “Members show up, do the work and hold each other accountable to stay consistent and strong.”
It Is Balance is located at 50 No Name St. in Millersburg. Updates can be found at www.facebook.com/itisbalance and www.instagram.com/it.is.balance. Learn more at www.itisbalance.com or email the studio at bri@itisbalance.com.
