Dover Public Library to hold annual book sale Aug. 9

The Dover Public Library will hold its annual book sale Saturday, Aug. 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Items available for a donation include books, large-print books, paperbacks, DVDs, audiobooks, computers, computer equipment and more.

The Book Cellar Bookshop, located in the basement of the library and operated by the Friends of the Dover Public Library, also will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Book Cellar is a year-round shop featuring new and gently used books, all individually priced.

Book Sale Preview Night for Friends of the Library members will take place Friday, Aug. 8 from 5-6:30 p.m. Membership applications are available at the library or online at www.doverlibrary.org.
