Camp Buckeye to host annual pig roast fundraiser Aug. 16

Camp Buckeye invites the community to its annual pig roast fundraiser Saturday, Aug. 16 from 4-7 p.m. at the Founder’s Pavilion, 10055 Camp Road NW, Beach City.

The event supports Camp Buckeye’s children’s camps and ministry programs, with proceeds helping to provide youth with camp experiences rooted in faith and community.

Guests can get a meal of roasted pork, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and dessert. Carryout meals also will be available.

“We’re excited to welcome guests back to camp for a fun evening of great food and fellowship, all for a great cause,” said Lucy Richards, spokesperson for Camp Buckeye.
