Adelee & Gentry headlining WCHS music event
The Wayne County Historical Society will host the third musical performance in its winter season of Voices from the Past on Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. in the schoolhouse on the campus of the society at 560 E. Bowman St. in Wooster.
Headlining the show will be sisters Adelee and Gentry from Alexandria, Ohio. The duo was brought up in a musical family, and they have been performing since 2006. They have been recording albums since 2011. They entered the college circuit about the same time and have entertained at 75 colleges.
They took some time off recently to write some new music of their own and will combine the old with the new. They consider their music as a mixture of folk, pop and rock.
Tickets are on sale but limited. Order tickets by calling the WCHS at 330-264-8856 or stopping by the society office Tuesday through Friday from 1-5 p.m. Tickets also are available at Murr Printing during its business hours.
