A public hearing will be held Monday, March 9, at 4:45 p.m., immediately preceding the regular business meeting, to review Amendment 25-255, a request for the rezoning of a property on Aultman Avenue NW owned by Highland Heights School Development Company LLC. The property is currently split-zoned General Industrial (I-2) and Medium Density Residential (R-2). The amendment requests the same split zoning but would increase the area of the industrial zone. The Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment.

The next regular meeting of the Lake Township Board of Trustees will be held Monday, March 9, at 5 p.m., following the public hearing, at Township Hall, 12360 Market Ave. North. All meetings are open to the public and available via livestream.
