River View girls swim team wins Coshocton Swim Invite

The River View varsity swim team competed in the 2025 Coshocton Swimming Invite Dec. 13 at the Janet Jones Mulligan Natatorium. The girls swim team placed first out of 12 teams. The boys swim team placed fourth out of 11 teams.

Medalists for the girls events were the relay of Britany Hammond, Lily Grewell, Riley Gottardi and Chloee Adams, who placed second in the medley relay. The 200 freestyle relay of Jillian Johnson, Lily Grewell, Britany Hammond and Riley Gottardi placed second. The girls 400 freestyle relay of Natylee Milici, Chloee Adams, Jillian Johnson and Britany Hammond placed third.

In the 50 freestyle, Britany Hammond placed third. Riley Gottardi placed first in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Lily Grewell placed first in the 100 freestyle and second in the 100 breaststroke.

Medaling in the boys events was Dustin Gregory, who placed third in the 100 butterfly. Kyle Roach placed third in 100 freestyle. JT Allison placed second in 400 freestyle and third in 100 backstroke.

The girls earned additional scoring with Natylee Milici in seventh place in the 200 freestyle and the 400 freestyle. Jillian Johnson placed fifth in the 50 and 100 freestyle. Chloee Adams placed fifth in the 100 breaststroke.

The boys 200 medley relay of JT Allison, Thomas Vu, Dustin Gregory and Kyle Roach placed fifth. The same boys placed fourth in the 200 freestyle relay. Kyle Roach placed fourth in the 50 freestyle. Dustin Gregory placed sixth in the 100 breaststroke.
