Real estate, manufactured home taxes due July 18
Janette Donaker, Coshocton County Treasurer, would like to remind taxpayers that the second half due date for real estate and manufactured homes is Friday, July 18.
The treasurer’s office will be keeping the drive-thru open until 5 p.m. this Friday to better serve the public. The drive-thru is located in the rear of the annex building.
If you miss our operating hours, there is a secure drop box in the back of the annex building for payments. Please feel free to place your stub and payment into the drop box. Any payments left in the drop box after 5 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. on Monday, July 21, will not have late penalty added.
Also no penalty will be added if your payment is postmarked on the 18th.
Taxpayers may also pay on line at www.coshoctoncountytreasurer.com with a 2.45% convenience fee with a credit/debit card of $2 fee for an e-check.
If you have any questions or concerns about your tax statement or payments, please do not hesitate to call 740-622-2731.
