They’re Coming to Take Me Away
Huff was honored to represent Bakersville
Hello, my name is Alaena Huff, and I am honored to have served as the 2024 Bakersville Homecoming queen.
Over the past year, I have had the incredible opportunity to travel to 24 different festivals and parades, proudly representing the town I love — Bakersville. This experience has been unforgettable, and I am beyond grateful for every moment.
I would like to extend a special thank-you to my parents, Ed and Michelle Huff, and Queen Director Renee Stein for always supporting me. Thank you to the entire Bakersville community for believing in me and giving me this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. None of this would have been possible without your encouragement and love.
To my amazing court, thank you for making this year so fun and full of laughter. I’ll cherish the memories we made forever.
For the last time, I am, and forever will be, your 2024 Bakersville Homecoming queen!
