Coshocton High School honors Elks Teens

Four students recognized for achievements in academics and community service

Coshocton High School released the names of its Elks Teen of of the Month recipients.

Emerson Jackson

Emerson Jackson was honored in January as the Elks Teen of the Month. She is the daughter of Todd and Jen Jackson of Coshocton. She has been involved in the following school activities: National Honor Society, Key Club, Varsity C, the swim team and the tennis team.

Her community activities include volunteering at high school sporting events, Vacation Bible School at Grace Methodist and the Elks Hoop Shoot. Upon graduation Jackson will attend Ohio University and major in elementary education.

Parker Loomis

Parker Loomis is the Elks Teen of the Month for February. He is the son of Scott and Beth Loomis of Coshocton. He has been involved in the following school activities: four years of varsity soccer, two years of junior varsity basketball and four years of varsity baseball.

His community activities include Key Club, Varsity C, Coshocton County Youth Leadership and National Honor Society. Upon graduation Loomis will attend Ohio State University and major in education.

Roberto Paredes

Roberto Paredes is the Elks Teen of the Month for March. He is the son of Miguel and Gina Sandoval of Coshocton. He has been involved in the following school activities: football and wrestling.

His community activities include Key Club. Upon graduation Paredes will enlist in the Marine Corps.

Justice Herman

Justice Herman is the Elks Teen of the Month for April. He is the son of James Herman and Julie Herman of Coshocton. He has been involved in the following school activities: basketball, baseball, football, Key Club, Student Council, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Breakfast Club, Varsity C, Red and Black Newspaper, FCA, Warrior Way and principal's advisory committee, and he attends the Coshocton County Career Center.

His community activities include attending church at the Coshocton Nazarene. He also has many service hours within his school clubs, like track and field day at KA and helping at the Thanksgiving dinner. Upon graduation he will join the workforce.
