Coshocton High School graduate Carter Coffman received Sailor of the Quarter for his division, which includes sailors from Putuxent NavAir Base and Norfolk, Virginia. He's currently up for Sailor of the Year.

Coffman spent his first five years on the USS Carl Vinson CVN-70 Nuclear Power Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier.
