Bookless honored with 2025 4-H Ambassador Award
Recognized for leadership and dedication, she spearheaded goat barn improvements and raised more than $34,000 to strengthen 4-H programs
Carolee Bookless was the winner of the 2025 4-H Ambassador Award.
She was recognized for her extraordinary commitment to 4-H. Bookless has served as a Cloverbud key leader, pygmy goat key leader, on the 4-H Advisory Committee and as an adult award subcommittee member.
“Her contributions extend beyond leadership titles,” said Jamie Donaker, who presented the award. “As the goat representative, Carolee has spearheaded the goat barn improvement project, raising over $34,000 in funding, collaborating with the senior fair board, and organizing countless hours of donated skilled labor, materials and equipment. Her dedication and passion have helped elevate our 4-H programs and opportunities for youth.”
