Wooster Fireworks Foundation plans July 4 celebration
America’s 250th birthday event will include family entertainment and fireworks
The Wooster Fireworks Foundation, in cooperation with the city of Wooster, will host the Fourth of July Fireworks and Fireball event July 4 at the soccer fields at Burbank and Oldman roads.
The event, which will celebrate America’s 250th birthday, will begin at 5 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m.
The celebration will include food, fun and family entertainment.
Fireworks will be displayed by Northeast Ohio Pyrotechnics Group and provided through donations from the city of Wooster, Wooster Rotary, Wooster Exchange Club and the public.
Those who would like to support the event may make checks payable to the Wooster Fireworks Fund and mail them to P.O. Box 1424, Wooster, OH 44691.
