Orrville VFW Post 3446 will host a free public performance by The Mick and Rick Band from 7-11 p.m. May 23, featuring classic rock, soul and blues, with food and a cash bar available.

Orrville VFW Post 3446 will host live music Memorial Day weekend featuring The Mick and Rick Band.

The event is open to the public from 7-11 p.m. May 23 with no cover charge. Doors open at 6 p.m. Food will be available for purchase, and a cash bar will be offered.

The Mick and Rick Band performs classic rock, soul and blues music from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. The band was founded by Mick Pera and Rick Maselli and has performed since 2013, combining live singing and instrumentation with pre-recorded background vocals and music.

Band members include Pera on lead vocals and percussion; Maselli on guitar, keyboards, harmonica and vocals; Paul Labin on drums and vocals; Rich Frank on bass and vocals; and Adam Labin on guitar.

The group’s setlist spans multiple styles, including rock, classic rock, soul, Motown, British rock and blues.
