Aspen Racquet Club, DuraFlex team up for holiday food drive
Annual campaign benefiting People to People Ministries runs through Nov. 30, with Aspen matching all canned donations can-for-can to help local families in need.
Aspen Racquet Club is continuing its annual food drive in support of People to People Ministries, a local organization dedicated to helping families in need. This year, the club is expanding its efforts by partnering with neighboring business DuraFlex and is inviting the broader Wooster community to join in the initiative.
The food drive began Oct. 15 and will run through Nov. 30. Aspen Racquet Club will match every donation can-for-can, doubling the impact and helping even more families during the holiday season.
Community members are encouraged to donate canned goods and nonperishable food items at either Aspen Racquet Club or DuraFlex throughout the duration of the drive.
“This is a time for us to come together as neighbors,” said Heather Alexander, club manager at Aspen Racquet Club. “By expanding the food drive beyond our doors, we hope to inspire even greater generosity and support for those who need it most.”
