Medina City Schools seeks community feedback for new strategic plan
District invites parents and residents to complete online survey to help shape goals for the next five years.
Medina City Schools is launching the development of a new strategic plan to guide the district over the next three to five years. The plan will help set priorities, align goals and ensure the district continues to meet the needs of its students, staff and community.
As part of the process, the district has partnered with The Impact Group, a marketing and communications firm based in Hudson. Medina City Schools has worked with the firm for several years on communication and planning initiatives and will again collaborate with them to facilitate this effort.
Community engagement is a key part of the strategic planning process. The district invites parents, guardians and community members to share their input by completing a confidential online survey. Feedback gathered through the survey will help shape the district’s future direction.
“The voices of our families, staff and community are essential in shaping our district’s future,” Superintendent Aaron Sable said. “This process will help us define our priorities, celebrate our strengths and identify opportunities to continue improving the educational experience for every student in Medina City Schools.”
The Medina Parent/Community 2025 Strategic Planning Survey will remain open through Monday, Oct. 27. To participate, visit www.medinabees.org.
