Gardening with bulbs workshop set for Oct. 11 in Medina

Local gardeners can learn how to brighten their landscapes this fall during the “Gardening with Bulbs” workshop hosted by Ohio State University Extension, Medina County.

The program will be held Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to noon at the OSU Extension Office, 4046 Medina Road. OSU Master Gardener Volunteers will lead the session, sharing fascinating stories about ornamental bulbs, expert planting strategies, and practical tips for overcoming common gardening challenges.

Participants will also enjoy refreshments and the chance to win door prizes. Cost is $35 per person, and pre-registration is required by Oct. 3. Space is limited.
