Cleveland Ballet’s ‘Dracula’ cast to visit Medina Acme for Halloween photo event
Shoppers can meet dancers in costume Oct. 13 ahead of Playhouse Square performances of Dracula & Code of Silence

Acme Fresh Market will welcome members of the Cleveland Ballet for a special Halloween-themed event Oct. 13 at its Medina location south of the square.
From 5-6:30 p.m., shoppers are invited to meet the professional dancers, who will appear in costume from their Oct. 24-25 production of Dracula & Code of Silence at Playhouse Square. Shoppers will have the chance to take festive photos with the cast and enjoy a unique Halloween experience.
The Cleveland Ballet, one of Northeast Ohio’s leading professional dance companies, brings its dramatic production of Dracula to Playhouse Square this October. The story blends haunting imagery and powerful choreography to capture the classic Gothic tale in an entirely new light.
The Medina photo event offers local residents a chance to meet the performers up close before the show hits the stage — and to get in the Halloween spirit while shopping locally.
The Acme Fresh Market Foundation, which supports cultural and community initiatives across the region, is sponsoring the Cleveland Ballet’s performances in the Greater Akron area, the company said in a statement.
