Medina United Church of Christ,
Congregational will host Alive on the Square, an outdoor worship service at the
Medina Square gazebo on Sunday, Aug. 24 at 10:30 a.m. The service will be

“It's a beautiful day to worship
outside and bless our city,” said the Rev. Luke Lindon. “There will be a photo
scavenger hunt, great music, and food and fellowship.”
Worshipers are invited to bring lawn
chairs.
After the service Medina Creative
Housing will offer lunch on the square with sandwiches and side salads from the
Grande Café and Roastery, featuring ingredients grown in the Creative Living
Produce greenhouse. The suggested donation toward the meal is $10 per plate. In
case of rain, the event will move inside the church at 217 E. Liberty St.,
Medina.
This annual outdoor worship service is
in its 18th year. Regular Sunday worship services are at 8:15, 9 and 10:30 a.m.
