Residents and families enjoyed a festive holiday meal, music, entertainment and visits from Santa during the seasonal event

The Ohio Eastern Star Home welcomed the holiday season in spectacular fashion with an early Christmas celebration, treating the Elders and their families to a fabulous day filled with exceptional dining, beautiful music, and joyful entertainment.
The celebration featured a delicious Christmas dinner expertly prepared by Chef Arya, whose culinary talents created a memorable holiday meal enjoyed by all. Staff members and board members joined in by serving the meal. Adding an elegant and peaceful holiday ambiance, harpist, Julie Buzzeli provided seasonal dinner music, filling the room with the warm sounds of the season.

Following dinner, guests were delighted by a spirited performance from the OESH Rockettes, whose energy and festive routine brought smiles, laughter, and applause throughout the room. The event reached its magical peak when Santa Claus arrived, spreading cheer as he and his elves distributed gifts to every Elder.
“This event truly reflected the heart of the Ohio Eastern Star Home — bringing people together to celebrate, connect, and create meaningful memories,” said Michele Engelbach, CEO of the OES Home. “Our staff takes great pride in creating special moments for our residents and their families, especially during the holiday season.”
