—Planning and zoning will meet May 7 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a variance request for Habitat for Humanity for a side yard setback at 571 Elm Alley.

—At the Wooster Road/Jones Street intersection, Brightspeed has completed its work. Spectrum is supposed to be starting soon. Once that is completed, Brightspeed will remove the pole.

—The village had a street sweeper in town all last week as a rental/demo. The village will use Totally Outdoors for the remainder of the year but will look at additional rentals and potentially discuss purchase options in the future.

This project will replace the current water line running under Wooster Road north to the village limits and will give better water pressure to the residents, Pomerene Hospital and doctor offices in that area.

—The village completed a county bed tax application, which, if awarded, would fund a video aimed at bringing business and jobs to Millersburg.
